Returns
Before sending us your return, you need to make in e-store under “My account” return request for your order or item. Until you have not made the return request, we can’t accept returned products nor refund money.
You can return your items within 14 days from receiving the order. Registered users can return items in 30 days.
Returns must be unused and undamaged, labels must be intact. If you receive goods in packaging (e.g., underwear and tights), please note that the packaging must not be damaged in any way. Ensure that you return the items in their original packaging.
We offer free returns in 14 days, if you ordered to DPD, Omniva or Itella Smartpost parchel machines. Click&Collect returns are free when returned to Ivo Nikkolo store.
RETURN PROCESS
When you ordered as a registered users go to “My account” and select “Orders”. Select the order which you would like to return. Make refund requests to single items or whole order. Later you can see your returns under “My Refund Requests”.
When you didn’t sign in when making the order, go to “My account” and select “Register an account”. Register an account with the e-mail which you used to make an order which you would like to return. Then go to “My account” and select “Orders”. Select the order which you would like to return. Make refund requests to single items or whole order. Later you can see your returns under “My Refund Requests”.
SHIPPING THE RETURN
Information on how to ship your return package to us, you can see under “Orders” when selecting the order which you would like to return. Please use ideally the same packaging that the goods were received in. The return sticker which you receive with your order, must be stuck outside the box.
OMNIVA
The arrival SMS or email of your parcel also contains a return code. With this code, you can return the package for free within 14 days from all Omniva parcel machines and post offices. Please keep the original parcel card on the package. Choose “Return parcel” on the parcel machine screen, then enter the return code from the SMS.
ITELLA SMARTPOST
If you ordered a package to the SmartPOST blue parcel machine, you can return it to any blue SmartPOST parcel machine with the same code you received the package with.
In case you ordered a package to a white parcel machine, you need to process the return in the SmartPOST self-service first, at: https://my.smartpost.ee/. On the self-service page, select “Returns” from the menu on the left and follow the given steps for returning the package. At the parcel machine, choose “Sending a package” on the screen and “Sending with a door code.”
DPD
After receiving the package, DPD will send you an SMS and email regarding the return of the package. You can return the package from any DPD parcel machine. At the parcel machine, enter the PIN code provided in the message. After which, the parcel machine will print a label that needs to be attached to the package and then you can send your return.
If your order was delivered to Finland, you need to process the return through the following link: https://rmp.dpdgroup.com/031/IvoNikkolo. Enter your original tracking number, choose the parcel machine from which you wish to return the package, and enter your order number. After completing these steps, print out the tracking label, attach it to the package, and take your return to the selected parcel machine for the return.
DPD COURIER
If you received your order with DPD courier, then please contact our customer service for instructions how to make a return. Our customer service email is info@ivonikkolo.com. The customer is responsible for the expense of returning via courier.
STANDARD SHIPPING
If you ordered with standart shipping method, then please contact our customer service for instructions how to make a return. Our customer service email is info@ivonikkolo.com. The customer is responsible for the expense of returning using standard shipping method.
REFUNDS
We will refund the payment for the items no later than within 14 days after receiving your returned items. Baltika AS has the right to withhold the refund until you have returned the item or presented a proof that you have given the returned item over to a post office. We will make the refund to the same account from where the payment was received.
DEFECTIVE ITEM RETURN
Please inform us if an item is defective, but no later than within 2 months from the moment of becoming aware of a defect by e-mail to info@ivonikkolo.com or in writing to the address of AS Baltika at Valukoja 10, 11415 Tallinn, Estonia. Please include in your claim your contact details, the date of purchase, a description of the defect of the item and the content of your claim.
